Hot Pot: Returned to Sender!
The hot pot arrived, but all I got was the paperwork that I needed to sign since they were not letting it in. I tried to argue the fine points of the memo, but this was not the first pot that they were rejecting.
At some point in the near future you should get credit for it. I have to pay the postage to send it back.
I did fill out a grievance using the same argument I gave you. The remedy I asked for the pot to be allowed in, or they pay the postage and issue memo clearly stating what items need to be clear, package and commissary.
I guess I should be grateful for typewriter. But if I am now stuck here for five to ten years, well things could be worse, but I can not picture how. But that is okay, I do not need an example.
I tried to call home; luckily there was no answer.
After the 5:25 PM count I made a cheese sandwich and decided might as well work on letter to you. I checked the first pages, and printed them.
I will use a new carbon for this page. I increased the impression on page two. I think that might be harder to scan since it looks like there is a broader span of ink on each letter.
I am operating in a real fog. Since the denial was done with prejudice, this means that I can not refile my case. Further, since it is an actual court order, it is not possible to write the clerk and ask them to fix what their problem is.
I have to type a motion to the court to get them to undue their ruling. One day is not going to make much of a difference; I will work on it over the weekend.
