Communicating Directly with People on the Outside.
I am still looking for some more comments from you on the whole identity thing.
I think I laid out all the possibilities in one of my previous letters. Again, all my ideas are just that. I am willing to do whatever you are most comfortable with.
I do not see any way to communicate directly with people on the outside without them either knowing my name and address or you scanning and emailing my letters, then downloading and printing and mailing their responses to me. The latter is an option you already said was too much work for you.
I do not know if the post office would freely forward stuff where the name of the addressee is changed, and even if Mom or Dad took Prison Pete envelopes and put them in a larger envelope, I am not sure how the mail room would handle that.
If my parents opened the letters and then put them all together in one large envelope that would probably get in but then again I do not want my parents looking at what might be sent.
I'm glad you had a good time skiing. I spent several minutes drooling over the
Killington trail map. It is interesting how they label
Pico. And I see there is still no direct connection. I would definitely like to ski there at least one more time!
I do not get involved with most of the other inmates here. The one guy I walk with, Roger, is a former corrections officer and Frank, a retired NY State Trooper, who allegedly used to work on the governor's wife's security detail, claims he is being railroaded.
This music I am currently listening to is not very uplifting. It was written around the start of World War II, I think, and carries some of the heaviness of that time.
Go ahead and send me one letter at a time that still need to be typed and I will type them. If you do not mind, wait till I send you back each one before sending the next one.
This is really a sloppy mess and I promise to do better. I guess I will have to trash this ribbon. Be sure to let me know how the carbon paper scans; both the sample in this letter and the one in the first typed letter.
Yes, I can have a
plastic magnifier. I think the size you say is acceptable. Printed four on a page, I could read
Summer’s stuff but not
Annabel’s. I guess it is time to increase the power in my reading glasses. So for now that is all from here.
P.S. That was a nice
John Wayne sticker on your last envelope and a
nice stamp, too.
