I received a letter from one of my pen pals the other day. It contained the following:"Our group spent two weeks down there [Gulf Coast] manning the kitchens feeding the rescue workers and construction folks. They've barely scratched the surface of what must be done to return to normal. The beaches are still being dredged for bodies, we saw that during our trip and that the numbers of dead have been vastly underreported by the media. They are going through several hundred body bags daily but this information is being squelched by our government. I have to wonder why?"
Anyone else out there care to jump in on this issue?
